Loukkos Viaduct

Larache, Morocco

Supply and erection of 10.500 tons as part of a railway viaduct serving the high train speed line between Tangier and Kenitra, as part of the broader project arriving to Casablanca. Halving the travel time among the main cities of the country, this 350 kilometers railway line will be one of the longest ones in the whole Africa. Sand and rocks mainly compose the Moroccan soil, usually subject to seismic movements and, in some areas, floods. Therefore, high-level technologies and building techniques were necessary to overcome this structural limit.
